On December 17, 2025, SBTS brought the entire company together for a team building event designed to align strategy, share business insights, and strengthen collaboration. The morning session focused on a review of 2025 sales performance and new business initiatives, setting a strong foundation for continued growth in the upcoming fiscal year.

During a dedicated workshop, the CTO introduced Smart Voice, a next-generation voice solution aimed at enhancing security and flexibility in communications. This was followed by a presentation on ZIM’s eSIM service, which sparked an engaging exchange of ideas and discussion among participants, highlighting SBTS’s commitment to innovation and forward-thinking solutions.

One of the key highlights of the morning was the announcement of the Top 3 MVPs, who will represent SBTS at Coral Day on March 5, 2026. This recognition celebrates outstanding performance, teamwork, and the individuals who continue to drive the company’s success.

In the afternoon, the focus shifted to hands-on collaboration. In partnership with Teamie, a professional training company, SBTS hosted a three-hour interactive team-building workshop.
