In 2017, SoftBank Corp. and BTS joined forces to form a strategic joint venture, initially known as SandBTS, now SBTS, with a shared ambition to drive innovation and operational excellence across the communications ecosystem in Japan and beyond.
By combining SoftBank’s strong market footprint and trusted brand with BTS’ global technology expertise and fraud protection capabilities, SBTS was created to pioneer new approaches to voice, messaging, and cloud-based services.
